St. John's on Missions

St. John’s encourages every member to help others, and to love as Christ loved us.  From toddler to senior citizen, we creatively put Christ’s words into action to help people in need in ways that every member can participate.

We Learn the Biblical basis for missions actions... giving, helping and serving.

We Give of our time, talents, love, money and material goods.

We Go to the Food Bank, the Mayview Community Center, eastern NC, the Gulf Coast, Helena-West Helena, Arkansas, Charleston, SC, Armenia and many other places.

We Do by tutoring children and adults, feeding the hungry, building and repairing, teaching computer skills and sports, providing transportation, gardening, visiting, and more.
